How long will it take for a refund to be returned to my account?

Every merchant has their own refund policy. Check their website for their refund policy.  We can’t see a merchant refund until the funds are returned to us. As soon as we see the refund we will deposit the funds to your account.

If it has been more than 10 days since your request for a refund, get in touch with the merchant first.  If you believe you are eligible for a refund and the merchant is refusing to make a refund, you will need to raise a transaction dispute and we will assist you. 

What if the transaction is still pending?

If you’re expecting money back from a transaction that’s pending, the merchant can:

• cancel the pending transaction and the money will return to your account right away.
• do nothing and the money will return in 7 days for most payments, or in 30 days in cases such as a booking deposit or hotel reservation.
• complete the transaction and issue a refund as a new transaction.
