What is this subscription payment on my account?

If you have an unwanted subscription, get in contact with the merchant directly, there is no need to contact us.  Work with the merchant to cancel the unwanted subscription and request a refund of any overpaid subscription amounts.

If you have already cancelled your subscription but are still being charged, or the merchant will not refund you for overpaid subscription amounts,  you can submit a request to dispute the transaction. You will need to include any information you have about the subscription service, including their terms and conditions.

TIP:

When signing up for a free trial, set a reminder in your phone or diary a few days before the free period ends, to cancel the subscription before the merchant starts charging you for the full subscription.
